PHILOSOPHY OF MINISTRY

My goal as a minister is to teach and equip students in their personal walk with Christ. As they go into their schools and throughout their everyday life, I desire to see them to lead a life that reflects Christ.
The number one priority in my call to the ministry is to lead students to a relationship with Christ. The second step is to teach students what a relationship with Christ looks like. The final step is to help students understand thatChrist wants to use them and find out how they can be used by Christ.
Discipleship plays a major role in my ministry. I believe through discipleship you can show students what Christ looks like. This also allows students to ask questions that they may not ask in a group setting. I strongly believe in the model of discipleship and will use it to grow students in their personal walk with Christ.
